Hey everybody!! I am Molly Ferguson and I am a Junior at Madison West High School. I am participating in the Madison Student Visionaries the Year 2025 because in 2022 my dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer. In July of that year he underwent a robotic prostatectomy and thankfully his cancer was detected early and the surgery removed all the affected cells. To this day he is cancer free!! 

My team and I's goal is to support families, spread awareness and educate others on the critical importance of cancer research. And for the future we want to make sure families don't have to experience the realities of a cancer diagnosis.

My team, Shoutout for a Cure has set a goal to raise $100,000 dollars during this 7 week campaign. We are doing everything we can to try to hit our goal and make a difference in the fight against cancer, but we need your help to make it there! 

All money donated will go straight to cancer research to help find a cure once and for all!!
